Penrhos Wonky Strawberry Gin
A limited-edition fruit-saving gin crafted on a Herefordshire farm using 100g of rescued "wonky" strawberries in every bottle. Perfectly ripe yet too imperfect for supermarket shelves, these strawberries deliver vibrant flavour while helping to reduce food waste. Bottled in 100% recycled aluminium, this sustainably minded gin combines environmental responsibility with bright, summery character.
- Appearance is soft blush pink.
- Nose of fresh strawberries with delicate juniper and subtle citrus notes.
- Palate is smooth and vibrant, led by juicy strawberry sweetness balanced by classic gin botanicals.
- Finish is clean and refreshing with lingering berry notes.
Serve over ice with tonic or lemonade, garnished with fresh strawberries and mint.
