Peddlers Salted Plum Gin is a distinctive Chinese-inspired twist on traditional sloe gin. Crafted from Peddlers’ award-winning Shanghai Gin, it is infused with salted plum, mulberry, orange peel, and fragrant osmanthus before being aged in Oloroso sherry barrels. Rich stone-fruit flavours are balanced by tangy, subtly salty notes, delicate florals, and gentle spice, while barrel aging adds depth, soft oak character, and a pleasantly dry finish. Complex, fruity, and uniquely savoury, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in creative cocktails.
