The Ozgener Family Cigars Maracana is a tribute to the legendary Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, one of the most iconic venues in soccer history and the place where Pelé scored both his first and 1,000th goals. This release reflects Tim Ozgener’s lifelong passion for the sport, blending heritage, nostalgia, and premium craftsmanship into one refined cigar.
Wrapped in a rich Brazilian Arapiraca leaf, and supported by a dual binder of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos, the blend is filled with carefully selected leaves from Honduras and Nicaragua, including tobaccos grown and managed by the Garcia family. The result is a balanced medium plus profile offering notes of earth, cocoa, spice, and subtle sweetness, delivering depth with a smooth, approachable character.
Produced at the My Father Cigars Honduras factory, the Maracana is offered in multiple softly pressed vitolas, including Toro, Robusto, Robusto Extra, and Gordo, each designed to highlight the blend’s complexity and consistency.
Rooted in both soccer history and cigar tradition, the Maracanã also nods to the legacy of the original CAO Brazilia line, making it a meaningful release for longtime enthusiasts and new fans alike.
Crafted with passion and purpose, the Maracana delivers a flavorful, well rounded experience that celebrates the global spirit of the game.
