Hojicha is a traditional Japanese tea made by roasting green tea leaves, giving it a unique warm, earthy flavor and a reddish-brown hue. This Hojicha powder is carefully crafted from autumn-harvested leaves, which are ideal for roasting due to their mature flavor and aroma. The cup delivers a mellow taste with a comforting roasted aroma, low bitterness, and smooth finish with low caffeine.
