Onofri Alma Gemela White Field Blend
This white wine from Mendoza, Argentina is a co-fermented blend of Marsanne, Roussanne and Chardonnay. The grapes are grown in Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, and vinified with native yeasts in stainless steel. Partial malolactic fermentation and ageing in French oak add texture and complexity.
Onofri Wines is a boutique project focused on sustainable farming and minimal intervention. Founded by Mariana Onofri and Adan Giangiulio, it champions old vines and lesser-known varietals. The wine is vegan, vegetarian and made using organic practices.
- Shows floral and citrus aromas with hints of white fruit and subtle vanilla.
- Medium-bodied with fresh acidity and a textured mouthfeel from partial oak ageing.
- A clean finish with elegant structure and balanced fruit and spice.
Pair with lobster, creamy pasta or fish in butter sauce for a rich and satisfying match.
