Olivier Leflaive Chassagne-Montrachet 2023 is 100% Chardonnay from estate vineyards and selected Chassagne-Montrachet parcels. Fermented in oak and matured for 18 months, it combines Japanese grapefruit aromas with a juicy palate, subtle humus and fern notes, balancing substance, freshness, power and finesse.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with mustard-glazed mackerel, creamy shrimp blanquette, roasted turbot, or herb-roasted chicken.
94 Points - James Suckling
Aromas of crushed stone, fresh herbs and light pineapple entice, while the palate shows a medium-body with good depth of fruit and flavor. Clear fruit and tension from fine, integrated grape tannins.
