The Oliva NUB 460 Connecticut Tubos combines the celebrated flagship short Gordo vitola of the NUB Connecticut line with individual protective aluminium packaging, engineered for time-conscious smokers who demand portability, freshness, and immediate flavour volume. Measuring 4 inches with a robust 60 ring gauge, this compact format compresses a generous blend of aged long-filler tobaccos into a stocky silhouette. The extra-wide ring gauge ensures an immediate transition into the blend's peak "sweet spot," delivering dense smoke volume and cool burn performance from the very first draw.
The physical and tobacco specifications of this exact vitola are masterfully calculated to deliver a rich, cool-burning session lasting 45 to 60 minutes. Cloaked in a silky, golden-blonde Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf grown for natural sweetness, the cigar pairs a sturdy Nicaraguan binder with a core of aged Nicaraguan long-fillers from Estelí and Jalapa. Each cigar is housed in an aluminium tubo, protecting the delicate wrapper leaf from physical damage and preserving optimal humidity levels during travel. Hand-rolled by master torcedores at the TABOLISA factory in Estelí, this 4″ x 60 Tubos format guarantees effortless draw mechanics, a sharp burn line, and an evolving succession of sweet cream, toasted nut, and white cedar notes.
