Old Louisville Bourbon 8 Year Maple Cask Finish is an innovative expression that marries eight years of traditional bourbon aging with the sweet, complex influence of maple syrup barrel finishing. This unique bourbon begins with carefully selected 8-year-old bourbon that is then finished in barrels that previously held premium maple syrup, imparting layers of natural sweetness, caramel, vanilla, and subtle maple character. The result is a bourbon that balances rich oak and traditional bourbon flavors with the delicate sweetness and complexity that maple cask finishing provides. Each sip reveals a harmonious blend of toasted oak, caramel, vanilla, warm spices, and gentle maple notes, creating a sophisticated drinking experience. Perfect for bourbon enthusiasts seeking something beyond the ordinary, this maple cask finish showcases Old Louisville's commitment to innovation and quality.
