Old Ezra Brooks Full Proof 7 Year Rye Whiskey is a bold, spicy expression that showcases the distinctive character of premium rye. Aged for seven years and bottled at full proof without dilution, this rye whiskey delivers an authentic, robust experience with exceptional depth and complexity.
The high rye content creates a signature spicy backbone, complemented by notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak from the extended aging. Each sip reveals layers of black pepper, cinnamon, dried fruit, and honey, building to a long, warming finish that rye enthusiasts crave.
Bottled at full proof to preserve the whiskey's natural oils and intense flavors, this is rye whiskey in its purest form. Perfect for sipping neat to appreciate its full character, or use it to craft bold, flavorful cocktails like a Manhattan or Old Fashioned with extra punch.
