What Makes It Special
VDN casks are rare in bourbon finishing - these barrels previously held fortified sweet wines like Banyuls or Maury, which add layers of dried fruit, honeyed sweetness, and subtle oxidative notes. Combined with the high proof bottling, this experimental release delivers maximum flavor intensity for adventurous bourbon enthusiasts.
As part of NULU's Experimental series, this barrel select represents the distillery's commitment to innovation and exploration. Each experimental release is different, making this a one-time opportunity to experience a unique intersection of bourbon craftsmanship and wine cask finishing.
