New Riff Straight Rye delivers bold, spicy character with exceptional craftsmanship. This high-rye whiskey is crafted with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted rye, creating an intensely flavorful spirit that celebrates the grain's natural spice and complexity. Aged for a minimum of four years and bottled in bond at 100 proof without chill filtration, this rye showcases New Riff's commitment to quality and transparency. Expect robust notes of black pepper, cinnamon, mint, dried fruit, and toasted oak, with a bold yet balanced character that makes it perfect for sipping neat or elevating classic rye cocktails. Made with the full sour mash Kentucky regimen and non-GMO grains, New Riff Straight Rye represents a new standard in American rye whiskey.
