New Riff Sour Mash Single Malt Whiskey represents a bold innovation in American whiskey, combining the tradition of Kentucky sour mash with the craft of single malt production. Made with 100% malted barley and aged using the full sour mash Kentucky regimen, this whiskey bridges the gap between American and Scottish whisky traditions. The result is a uniquely American single malt with rich malt character, layers of caramel, vanilla, toasted grain, and subtle fruit notes, all balanced with the depth that sour mash fermentation provides. Non-chill filtered and bottled at a robust proof, each sip delivers complexity and authenticity. Perfect for whiskey enthusiasts who appreciate innovation and craftsmanship, New Riff Sour Mash Single Malt is a testament to what American distillers can achieve when tradition meets creativity.
