The My Father La Antigüedad Toro Gordo (6 x 60) takes the blend’s aggressive core and wraps it in a thicker, creamier presentation without losing its edge. The Habano Rosado Criollo wrapper shines here, delivering waves of earth, roasted coffee, cedar, dark spice, and subtle sweetness, supported by a dense backbone of aged Nicaraguan fillers.
La Antigüedad is Pepín Garcia at his most traditional—fermentation-forward, strength-driven, and deeply aromatic. The Toro Gordo format doesn’t tame the blend; it refines it, allowing the tobacco’s natural richness to express itself with more texture and balance.
The 60 ring gauge is a bog beauty that produces a cooler burn and heavier smoke output, smoothing out the sharper pepper notes while amplifying depth and mouthfeel. Expect thick clouds of smoke and a long, lingering finish that stays savory and satisfying.
If you like your cigars bold but rounded, powerful but controlled, the La Antigüedad Toro Gordo delivers—a full-throttle classic with added dimension and staying power.
