Scotland Meets Barbados, at Full Strength
Mossburn 12 Year Old Batch Strength Foursquare Rum Cask Finish is a collaboration between two of the world's most respected independent spirits producers — Mossburn Distillers of Scotland and Foursquare Distillery of Barbados. A blended malt Scotch whisky aged 12 years and finished in casks from Foursquare's legendary rum distillery, this expression delivers the full, uncompromising character of both traditions at natural cask strength: rich, complex, and deeply rewarding.
- Nose: Bold and distinctive — vanilla, tropical fruit, and a warm rum sweetness with notes of toasted oak, dried fruit, and a gentle warming spice
- Palate: Full-bodied and complex at cask strength — toffee, dark fruit, and a warming rum-spiced sweetness with a satisfying malt depth and a clean, precise mouthfeel
- Finish: Long and warming with lingering tropical fruit, spice, and a clean, rum-oak fade
