Monsieur Cocktail Red Unicorn Syrup magically shines, but above all else it is a perfect bottling of your early summers. Thanks to the lemons, it is a more balanced and acidic strawberry syrup. We fight food waste by using imperfectly perfect strawberries and lemons and give them another beautiful, magic life. In water for a good lemonade or mixed in cocktails, this natural syrup aims for perfection.
Tasting Notes: A jam and cotton candy scent that carries over to the palate and transforms into a tangy sweetness from which springs the pure taste of sweet August strawberries.
