Monin Passion Fruit Purée 1 L delivers bright, tropical passion fruit flavor in a ready-to-pour premium purée for cocktails, smoothies, sauces and desserts.
Made with real fruit and pure cane sugar, this Monin passion fruit purée blends sweet, tangy and floral notes for a consistently balanced tropical profile. How will this purée change my cocktails and cold drinks?
Because it’s a thick, fruit-forward purée rather than a syrup, Monin Passion Fruit adds authentic pulp, aroma and body. The purée brings immediate visual appeal and texture to shaken and blended drinks, while its balanced sweetness reduces the need for extra syrups.
- Adds real fruit presence and visible pulp to cocktails and punches
- Balances sweet and tart notes for ready-to-serve recipes
- Smooth consistency blends well with ice, juices and dairy alternatives
- Pour-cap design ensures precise dosing and minimal waste
What culinary uses work best beyond beverages?
This passion fruit purée excels as a finishing component for both sweet and savory dishes. It can be heated into glazes, stirred into desserts for bright fruit layers, or used as a chilled topping to elevate plated items visually and flavor-wise.

- Fold into yogurt, smoothies, or batter for fruit pockets and swirls
- Reduce briefly to make glazes or sauces for seafood and grilled proteins
- Use as a component in bars’ batch mixers and bottled craft cocktails
