Warm Spice, by the Case
Monin Cinnamon Syrup delivers the clean, unmistakable taste of real cinnamon stick — sweet, spiced and aromatic, without the dusty edge that ground cinnamon leaves behind in a drink. This case gives you four 1L plastic bottles, the format built for a busy bar rail or a café that pours cinnamon lattes all autumn and never wants to run dry mid-shift.
It is a year-round workhorse rather than a seasonal one-trick: cinnamon carries hot lattes, cold brew and horchata through the winter, then turns up in sangria, lemonade and iced tea once the weather changes.
Why Baristas Keep It on the Rail
- Clean label: pure cane sugar, water and natural flavours — no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or sweeteners, and non-GMO.
- Dissolves clean: a liquid syrup blends instantly into hot espresso or cold milk, so you get even spice through the whole cup instead of grit at the bottom.
- Dialled-in dosing: works out to roughly 1–2 pumps per 12oz drink with a Monin 1L pump, which makes cost-per-drink easy to cost out on a menu.
- Built for volume: the 1L plastic bottle is lighter and safer behind the bar than glass, and the four-bottle case keeps a backup under the counter.
- Broad diet compatibility: allergen free, dairy free, gluten free, vegan, kosher and halal.
Ways to Use It
- Cinnamon latte or cortado: one pump into the cup before the espresso, so it pulls through the crema.
- Cold brew and iced coffee: cinnamon holds up to dilution far better than most spice flavours.
- Chai, hot chocolate and apple cider: a half pump adds warmth without fighting the base.
- Cocktails and mocktails: an old fashioned variation, spiced margaritas, or cinnamon lemonade in summer.
- Behind the counter: whipped cream, oatmeal, pancake batter and dessert sauces.
What's in the Case
