This 2024 coastal Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara offers elegant restraint for the seasoned wine drinker. On the nose, deep red rose petals, wild strawberry and black cherry unfold into savory soy, spice and sandalwood, with forest floor, dried herbs and fine oak toast. Plush yet structured, the palate balances dark fruit, soft toast and subtle spice accents with fine-grained tannins toward a juicy, lingering finish. Notably dry with a balanced plush texture, it captures Burgundian-inspired minerality and tension. Perfect for a refined farm-to-table social setting alongside duck breast with cherry glaze, mushroom risotto or herb-crusted pork tenderloin.
