The Mezcal De Leyendas Maguey Pichumel pays homage to a long-standing tradition from Puebla, Mexico, where time-honored methods are maintained by skilled artisans. Sourced from the rare maguey Pichumel, this mezcal blanco presents a mineral-rich, dry profile characterized by a subtle smoky note that comes from roasting mature agave piñas in earthen pits. The fermentation in wooden vats followed by distillation in copper pot stills ensures a consistently pure spirit with depth and character.
Produced by a third-generation Maestro Mezcalero known as ‘El Güero’, the Mezcal De Leyendas Maguey Pichumel offers inviting aromas of fresh-cut grass complemented by delicate hints of raw sugar cane. Whether served neat, over ice, or in a well-mixed cocktail, this mezcal provides a distinctive taste that reflects traditional Mexican heritage. Purchase now to add an authentic piece of Puebla’s legacy to your collection.
