Mezcal Amarás Logia Azul 700ml is an artisanal, limited-edition mezcal made from Blue Weber agave in Tlacolula, Oaxaca. The exact package identifies the agave as Azul, the batch as joven, and the bottle as a 700ml release at 43% ABV / 86 proof. Amarás describes natural fermentation with native wild yeasts in open-air vats, followed by double distillation in small copper stills with a maximum capacity of 500 liters. Production is organized in small batches of approximately 1,000 liters.
The producer’s tasting profile highlights papaya and zapote fruit, lavender, and an herbal jalapeño accent. Citrus, green pepper, and white-mineral notes shape the palate, followed by a long finish. The independently inspected exact barcode-bearing product image shows one complete bottle with “Mezcal Artesanal,” “Edición Limitada,” Tlacolula, Oaxaca, 43% alcohol by volume, 700ml, and Azul printed on the front package. Serve it neat in a copita to explore the fruit, herbs, vegetables, and mineral character without obscuring the details of the distillate.
