Meroi Vigna Dominin Chardonnay 2023 is a remarkable single-vineyard white wine from the prestigious Dominin cru in Buttrio. Brilliant golden straw in color, it opens with captivating aromas of citrus zest, Asian pear, white blossoms, smoky minerals, and a distinctive saline character. The palate is rich and beautifully textured, displaying layers of orchard fruit, subtle oak spice, and vibrant acidity that bring balance and precision. Fermented and aged in new French oak barriques, it combines power with elegance, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish marked by exceptional depth and persistence.
Food Pairing: Butter-poached lobster, grilled scallops, roasted chicken, creamy risotto, aged cheeses, or rich seafood dishes.
