The Mazzer Kony G is a low-RPM, grind-by-weight commercial espresso grinder built for medium to high volume coffee shops. A built-in load cell and Vibration Filtering Algorithm deliver accurate, repeatable weight-based doses at roughly 5.0 to 6.5 grams per second, driven by a high-torque asynchronous motor and 69mm conical burrs. Grind Flow Control reduces static and clumping, while the magnetic dosing cup and Place-and-Grind activation keep the workflow fast and hands-free.
FEATURES
- Grind-by-Weight - Built-in professional load cell stops the grinder at your target weight, with vibration filtering for stable doses in busy environments.
- 69mm Conical Burrs - Standard 203C burrs deliver balanced, chocolatey cups suited to medium-dark roasts and milk-based drinks. Optional ZZ k204P burrs are available for light and medium roasts.
- Fast and Cool - The high-torque asynchronous motor with a six-segment grinding chamber and double fan cooling keeps coffee cool and consistent.
- Grind Flow Control - A removable aluminum outlet insert with a wire damper reduces electrostatic charge and clumping. Choose from HYBRID, ANTIDUST and ANTICLUMPING dampers.
- Magnetic Dosing Cup - Stainless steel cup fits 58mm portafilters, holds up to 30 g and activates grinding hands-free.
- Easy to Service - Access the grinding chamber without losing your grind setting, with a Memory Track ring, adjustable portafilter holder and magnetic tag holder.
