Maestro Dobel Silver, now labeled Dobel Blanco, is a clear tequila from Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from just three things: 100% agave, water and yeast. The family behind Maestro Dobel has made tequila for eleven generations. That know-how shows in a spirit meant for both sipping and mixing. It is double-distilled and bottled at 40% ABV, or 80 proof.
