Dive into the vibrant world of Lunaria Orsogna Ancestrale Pet Nat Sparkling Malvasia Orange Wine, a captivating sparkler from Abruzzo’s Terre di Chieti. Produced by Cantina Orsogna’s biodynamic cooperative at the foot of Majella National Park, this 100% Malvasia is crafted using the ancestral method, with whole-bunch pressing, native yeast fermentation, and bottling mid-fermentation without added sugar or sulfites. Its hazy amber-orange hue reflects its skin-contact nature. Bursting with dried apricot and mandarin zest, it’s perfect for charcuterie boards or lively picnics. This dry, effervescent wine blends floral fruit and earthy complexity with a creamy, textured finish.
