Ludlow Dry Gin
Ludlow Dry Gin is produced by Ludlow Distillery in Shropshire, England. Founded by Shaun Ward, the distillery is known for its small-batch, copper-distilled spirits that reflect the region’s heritage and natural beauty. The gin is made using traditional London Dry methods, with no artificial additives or post-distillation flavouring.
The recipe features a blend of classic botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica and orris root, complemented by lemon and orange peel, cardamom and hand-picked gorse flowers. These ingredients are distilled together in a single batch, preserving their natural balance and delivering a refined, juniper-led profile.
- Ludlow Dry Gin opens with bright juniper, lemon peel and a touch of cardamom.
- The palate is crisp and dry with orange zest, coriander and subtle floral notes.
- Finishes smooth and clean with peppery spice and lingering citrus.
Pairs beautifully with seafood, cheese and vegetarian dishes.
