Lucy's Tiger's Blood is a vibrant, tropical shaved ice and snow cone syrup sold in a 1-gallon (128 oz) bottle for high-volume use.
Made by the family-owned Lucy's company, this Tiger's Blood syrup brings bright red color and bold, fruity taste to concessions, parties, food trucks, and home entertaining. Formulated to pour smoothly over shaved ice, it doubles as a mixer for carbonated drinks, slushies, and dessert toppings. The gallon size keeps popular flavor on hand for busy events or high-traffic venues, and its tropical profile appeals to both kids and adults.
How does this syrup perform for shaved ice and snow cones?
The syrup is designed to saturate shaved ice evenly without making it soggy, delivering vivid color and consistent flavor from the first cup to the last. Its viscosity balances pourability and cling, so treats remain flavorful even as ice melts. Ideal for commercial or home machines, it helps produce eye-catching, crowd-pleasing cones quickly.
- 128 oz gallon for extended service and fewer refills
- Bright red hue that makes desserts visually appealing
- Balanced pour consistency to coat shaved ice evenly
- Works with manual and machine-dispensed snow cones
Can I use Tiger's Blood syrup for drinks and desserts?
Yes — the syrup is versatile beyond shaved ice. Mix a small amount into carbonated water for a homemade soda, blend with ice for slushies, or drizzle over ice cream and desserts to add a sweet, fruity punch. It gives recipes a consistent, tropical-forward flavor without extra prep.
- Combine with seltzer for quick flavored sodas
