Wine Description
The Louis Guntrum Dry Riesling 2023 offers an elegant and classical Riesling expression. It is a pale golden white wine. It features delicate aromas of white peaches, apricot, and juicy pears. On the palate, it provides a crisp, juicy, and joyful profile with lasting flavours. The wine is dry with a medium body. Its elegant character comes from a perfect balance of fruit and acidity.
Food Pairing
This dry Riesling is a versatile wine, perfect as an aperitif, but it also pairs well with a variety of foods. Consider pairing it with all kinds of seafood, including scallops, fish, and shellfish.
