An exceptional Spanish red wine crafted from low-yielding, old-vine Mencía planted in the unique, clay-dominated soils of Bierzo. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it presents a deep cherry-ruby color with a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, wild raspberries, crushed stone minerals, and violet florals, layered with light baking spices. The palate is elegant, fleshy, and beautifully structured, showcasing juicy dark fruit balanced by silky tannins and a vibrant, Atlantic-influenced freshness.
Food Pairing: Complements slow-roasted leg of lamb, grilled duck breast, savory mushroom risottos, wood-fired meat pizzas, or a selection of cured Spanish meats.
