100% Agave Espadín (Agave angustifolia), 47% ABV.
The mesquite used to roast the agaves gives Los Danzantes Joven a light smokiness. Fresh, full-bodied, soft, and unusually complex flavor with a hint of agave sweetness.
Difford’s Guide – 4/5 “Delicate nose with wisps of smoke from the mesquite wood used during roasting. Faint aromas of asparagus, brazil nuts. Slight hint of sweetness to a lightly smoked palate with a touch of vanilla and lime. Long, dry, delicately, peat-like smoky finish.”
