Liber & Co. Tropical Passion Fruit Syrup is a premium, 50% juice cocktail syrup that adds bright, authentic passion fruit flavor to up to 25 drinks from a single 12.7 oz bottle.
Made in Austin, Texas, this bar-grade syrup uses real purple passion fruit juice to deliver vibrant sweet-tart notes without artificial colors, flavors, or high-fructose corn syrup. Whether you mix classic tiki recipes or experiment with desserts and sodas, the concentrated syrup gives professional-grade results at home or behind the bar.
How will this syrup change my cocktails?
The syrup introduces pure passion fruit brightness and a layered sweet-tart profile that lifts cocktails without overpowering them. Because it contains 50% real juice, it provides an authentic fruit depth that simple syrups or flavored extracts can't match.
- Adds natural passion fruit aroma and tang to tiki and tropical drinks
- Balances rum, tequila, and citrus-forward spirits with complexity
- Makes consistent, repeatable cocktails with less measuring and prep
What drinks and recipes is it best for?
It's formulated for classic and contemporary cocktails—Hurricanes, daiquiris, margaritas, and tiki punches respond especially well. The syrup is also versatile for non-alcoholic beverages, house-made sodas, desserts, and sauces that benefit from bright, tropical fruit character.
- Hurricane, Passion Fruit Daiquiri, and Zombie-style recipes
- Mocktails, iced sodas, and sparkling water mixers
- Drizzles for ice cream, glazes for grilled fruit, and salad dressings
How concentrated is it and how many servings will one bottle yield?
The 12.7 oz bottle contains a 50% passion fruit juice formula designed for bar use and home bartenders alike. Typical cocktail recipes call for small measures of syrup, so one bottle will produce roughly 17–25 cocktails, depending on recipe strength and serving size.
- 50% real passion fruit juice for authentic flavor
- Estimate: 17–25 drinks per 12.7 oz bottle, depending on pour
- No high-fructose corn syrup or artificial additives
How do I use and store the syrup for best results?
Shake the bottle before use, then measure the syrup into your shaker, blender, or mixing glass according to the recipe. Refrigerate after opening and use within a reasonable timeframe to maintain peak flavor—this keeps the fruit-forward character fresh.
- Shake before pouring; measure with jigger or pour spout
- Refrigerate after opening and keep sealed to preserve flavor
- Works cold or blended; adjust quantity for sweetness level
