Liber & Co. Almond Orgeat Syrup is a premium cocktail syrup crafted from real almonds, cane sugar, and orange flower water. This essential tiki ingredient delivers authentic almond flavor with subtle floral notes, bringing depth and complexity to classic cocktails like the Mai Tai, Scorpion, and Japanese Cocktail.
Made with quality ingredients and traditional methods, Liber & Co. Orgeat captures the rich, nutty character of real almonds while adding a delicate floral dimension from orange flower water. Unlike artificial almond syrups, this authentic orgeat provides the complexity and balance that classic cocktail recipes demand, making it an essential bottle for serious home bartenders and tiki enthusiasts.
Tasting Notes:
Creamy and aromatic with rich almond, subtle orange blossom, and gentle sweetness. The palate is smooth and luxurious, featuring toasted almond, hints of marzipan, delicate floral notes, and balanced sweetness. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering almond and orange flower.
Perfect for:
Classic tiki cocktails like the Mai Tai, Scorpion, and Fog Cutter, or use in the Japanese Cocktail and other vintage recipes. Also excellent in coffee drinks, drizzled over desserts, or mixed into sparkling water for a sophisticated non-alcoholic treat.
