Les Vins Pirouettes Cubique Rouge is a natural red wine from Alsace, France, produced by a collective of independent winemakers dedicated to organic and biodynamic viticulture. The vineyards are situated on diverse soils, including granite, sandstone, and limestone, which impart distinct mineral qualities to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Maceration periods vary depending on the vintage and desired style, followed by aging in stainless steel or neutral oak vessels to preserve the wine's purity and expression of terroir. Bottling is done without fining or filtration, and no sulfur is added.
