Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a smooth and approachable Kentucky wheated bourbon crafted with wheat in place of the rye commonly used in bourbon mash bills. Its mash bill contains 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, creating a softer, rounder profile with less pronounced rye spice. The bourbon opens with aromas of fresh bread, toffee, and butterscotch, followed by a rich palate of buttery caramel and honey. A long, gently sweet and savoury finish completes the experience.
Bottled at 92 proof, Larceny is an easy-drinking bourbon that works equally well neat, over ice, or in classic whiskey cocktails. Its caramel, honey, toffee, and soft baking notes pair beautifully with grilled meats, barbecue, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and caramel-based desserts. Produced by Old Fitzgerald Distillery and matured in Kentucky, Larceny carries forward the tradition of wheated bourbon associated with the historic Old Fitzgerald style.
