In the champagne style, this sparkling tea beverage from Quebec's lao is an energizing and sophisticated pour developed to complement all sorts of meals and moments. Organic single varietal Japanese green tea and a proprietary house blend mushroom extract and blended and fermented with a special yeast and bacterial culture before being pasteurized and carbonated for enclosure under traditional cork amd wire. It pours a balanced and vibrant pale green-gold with an impressive mousse of large-bubbled carbonation.
A great Canadian contribution to the emerging market of tea-based sparkling wine-style beverages that capture the best of the texture and vibrancy of les vins mousseux Champenoise. Santé!
