Langley's Old Tom Gin brings the classic Victorian London Old Tom style into a modern setting — a refined small-batch gin based on an 1891 recipe, instantly recognizable and built to earn a place on any bartender's back shelf.
Old Tom is the rounder, slightly sweeter style of gin that bridged the gap between Dutch genever and modern London Dry, and was the gin of choice in 19th-century cocktails. Langley's interpretation revives a historic 1891 recipe, delivering the soft, full-bodied character that classic cocktails like the Martinez and Tom Collins were originally built around.
