La Colombera Bricco Bartolomeo is a white wine crafted from 100% Cortese grapes sourced from vineyards in the Colli Tortonesi region of Piedmont, Italy. The vines thrive in light, clayey soils, contributing to the wine's distinctive minerality. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh, fruity character. Following fermentation, the wine is aged briefly in stainless steel to maintain its vibrant acidity and aromatic profile. This meticulous winemaking process results in a versatile wine that reflects the unique terroir of the Colli Tortonesi hills.
