Kwe make spectacular non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients on their traditional territories in so-called "Quebec" that draw on the wild ingredients and deep familiarity of their indigenous background. Even the simplest concoction is laced with a beautiful sense of terroir and territoriality, like in this wild blueberry syrup that is given depth and complexity by the inclusion of Labrador tea.
They say to them, this syrup is sort of thier childhood in a bottle. The underlying presence of blueberries, the fragrance of lavender flowers and the tannins of Labrador tea form a perfect blend that pays homage to their local pride.
