Rich, bold, and deeply warming, Northern Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup is a maple-forward non-alcoholic cocktail syrup inspired by crisp northern evenings, woodsmoke, and classic Old Fashioned rituals. It delivers a smooth, layered sweetness with unmistakable Canadian character.
This complex syrup opens with rich pure maple and brown sugar, followed by warming spice from cinnamon and clove. Bright orange peel lifts the profile, while vanilla adds softness and hickory smoke brings a subtle, lingering depth reminiscent of a fireside whisky Old Fashioned.
