Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, for Costco Wholesale, Kirkland Signature Tequila Blanco is a budget-friendly 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit renowned for delivering exceptional value and consistency. Harvested from mature estate agave, the piñas are cooked in stainless steel autoclaves, crushed using roller mills, and double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. Bottled unaged to preserve its clean, vibrant agave character, this expression delivers a crisp, citrus-forward profile with subtle mineral and white pepper accents in a massive 1.75 Liter handle format.
Food Pairing: Fresh fish tacos with lime, ceviche, grilled shrimp skewers, guacamole with tortilla chips, chicken fajitas, or pork carnitas.
Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with bright clarity, a medium body, and clean, fast-moving legs.
Nose: Clean and crisp, opening with sweet cooked agave, bright lime zest, and fresh lemon peel, backed by white pepper, light herbal tea, and a touch of wet stone minerality.
Palate: Vibrant and agave-forward on the palate, featuring sweet roasted agave nectar and crisp citrus oils upfront before unfolding into layers of cracked black pepper, light green herbs, and subtle olive brine.
Finish: Medium-long, clean, and refreshing with lingering notes of zesty lime pith, sweet agave, and a pleasant peppery warmth.
Serve: Enjoy neat in a Glencairn or Riedel Tequila glass, over ice with a squeeze of fresh lime, or as an accessible, high-volume base for a Paloma, Tommy's Margarita, or Ranch Water.
