Kirk & Sweeney Gran Reserva Superior is a luxurious Dominican rum crafted from a carefully selected blend of rums aged between 5 and 23 years. The nose brings together dried fruits, toasted bread, toffee, fresh honey, and caramelized sugar, with subtle hints of almond and vanilla. On the palate, it develops from fresh, sweet flavours into richer dried-fruit notes, creating a smooth and beautifully layered drinking experience. The finish adds elegant touches of caramel, sherry, almond, and vanilla.
Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, Gran Reserva Superior showcases the depth and richness that extended oak maturation can bring to premium Caribbean rum. Its smooth texture and complex combination of fruit, caramel, honey, and gentle spice make it an excellent sipping rum served neat or over ice. It also works beautifully in refined rum cocktails when you want a richer, more mature flavour profile.
