Killowen Single Malt Irish Whisky Rum & Raisin 700mL embodies the innovative, artisanal spirit of Killowen Distillery. This small-batch release combines traditional Irish craftsmanship with creative cask maturation to produce a whisky bursting with personality.
The whisky is matured in hand-selected rum casks, infusing it with deep sweetness, raisin richness, tropical warmth, and layers of caramelized sugar. On the palate, it opens with dried fruits, molasses, vanilla, and gentle oak spice, balanced beautifully by Killowen’s signature light malt character.
Each bottle reflects the distillery’s commitment to minimal intervention, slow distillation, and authentic Irish flavour. Rum & Raisin is perfect for whisky enthusiasts seeking something distinctive, indulgent, and expertly crafted.
