Kilchoman Single Cask 17/937 Marsala Finish is an exceptional, limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky exclusively selected for Wine & Beyond in Western Canada. Distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2025, this unique expression beautifully marries Kilchoman's signature Islay farm-distilled character with the rich, sweet influence of a Sicilian Marsala wine cask finish. Bottled at a robust cask strength, it delivers a deeply complex and aromatic profile. Inviting notes of golden raisins, dates, toasted almonds, and vanilla cream mingle seamlessly with the distillery's hallmark coastal peat smoke, bright citrus, and warming spices, resulting in a perfectly balanced, sweet, and smoky dram.
Food Pairing: Smoked beef brisket, rich dark chocolate truffles, robust charcuterie boards with cured meats, mature blue cheese, and sticky toffee pudding.
