Joseph Drouhin Laforet Bourgonge Blanc Chardonnay
Maison Joseph Drouhin is a respected Burgundy producer, founded in 1880 and still run by the fourth generation. This Chardonnay blends fruit from Auxerrois, Cote d'Or and Maconnais, offering a broad snapshot of regional character.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and oak, with ageing lasting up to ten months. The wine is certified biodynamic and vegan. It is made from carefully selected parcels, chosen for freshness, balance and varietal clarity.
- Opens with aromas of lemon peel, green apple and soft floral notes.
- The palate shows citrus zest, honey and light vanilla with a rounded, fruit-forward character.
- Finishes clean and lively with pastry spice and gentle acidity.
Pairs well with grilled fish, creamy pasta or mild cheeses.
