Jose Zuccardi Mendoza Malbec
Sebastian Zuccardi made this red wine to honour his father Jose, crafting a bold and expressive red from selected bunches grown in Mendoza’s high-altitude vineyards. Fermented in concrete vats with native yeasts and aged in large oak foudres, this wine reflects the Zuccardi family’s commitment to tradition, terroir and innovation. It’s a full-bodied expression of Argentina’s wine heritage, offering depth, structure and elegance.
- Aromas of violets, berry jam, plum and rosemary.
- Jose Zuccardi Mendoza Malbec delivers ripe black fruit, mocha and graphite with solid tannins.
- Aged in large oak foudres for balance and finesse.
- Macerated for 20 days with daily delestage and piegeage.
- Bottled unfiltered to preserve purity and texture.
Perfect with grilled meats, especially ribeye steak or lamb chops, as well as rich dishes like beef stew, mushroom risotto, or aged hard cheeses.
