Jorge Falasco Limited Edition Valle De Uco Malbec Gift Boxed
A luxurious, small-production Malbec from Argentina, and the renowned Valle de Uco. Presented in an elegant gift box. This limited-edition release showcases the region’s hallmark richness and depth, crafted with meticulous care and aged to perfection.
Fermented in traditional concrete tanks with regular pump-overs and punch-downs at 24–28°C, followed by a maceration of 20–24 days. Matures for 26 months in 225L French oak barrels (70% new), then further refined with 3 years’ bottle ageing for exceptional balance and finesse.
- Deep purple-red with an inky core
- The bouquet is complex and layered, offering crème brulee, candied fruit, ripe plums, and black berries
- The palate is full-bodied and powerful yet remarkably silky, with superb integration of ripe fruit and fine French oak
- Long, elegant and persistent on the finish
A superb match for Cote de boeuf, rib of beef on the bone, roast lamb, grilled vegetables, or rich mushroom-based dishes.
