A fantastic limited-edition release designed for the colder months, Jim Beam Winter Reserve is a 6-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon that has been specially finished in new, toasted white oak barrels. Bottled at an approachable 86 proof, this secondary maturation process draws out an extra layer of sweet, comforting baking spices and rich vanilla without overpowering the classic Beam profile. It is an exceptional value that sips beautifully neat and makes a phenomenal base for winter cocktails.

Inviting aromas of vanilla extract, dark cherry, sweet oak, and subtle hints of clove and cinnamon.
PALATE
Medium-bodied and smooth, delivering comforting flavors of sweet toasted oak, vanilla cream, brown sugar, and warm baking spices.
