Jean-Luc Pasquet Tresors de Famille Le Cognac de Chantal L.99 is a rare single-cask Grande Champagne Cognac produced and distilled by Chantal Hillairet in Eraville and selected by Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet for its Tresors de Famille collection. Made from Ugni Blanc and bottled at its natural strength of 42.5% ABV, this limited release yielded only 120 500ml bottles. Extended oak maturation gives the Cognac an elegant, mature profile combining dried fruit, delicate florals and fine wood with a silky texture and impressive aromatic persistence.
Food Pairing: Aged Comte, foie gras, dried apricots, pear tart, toasted almonds, walnut pastries, dark chocolate, and mature hard cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Mature, elegant and silky with concentrated fruit, delicate floral character, fine oak and a beautifully persistent structure.
Nose: Ripe dried fruit and delicate white flowers layered with refined oak.
Palate: Balanced and silky with mature fruit, subtle oak and a finely developed, elegant structure.
Finish: Long and persistent, carrying mature fruit and finely integrated oak.
