Take the original Asian Parsnip gin and turn up the volume: that's what this Navy Strength bottling does. At 57% ABV, the nutty earthiness of parsnip and the warmth of Asian spices come through in sharper focus, with crisp juniper and bright citrus holding the whole thing together. The flavour profile matches the flagship expression exactly, simply carried at a higher proof.
Distilled in the UK under the direction of James May, it has a firm structure, herbaceous depth and a long, warming finish. The 700ml bottle holds a gin built to keep its botanical character intact in mixed drinks such as a Navy Negroni, a Martini or a citrus-led G&T, where less volume still reads clearly. A strong, concentrated take on the original that stays composed rather than coarse.
