James Gin Asian Parsnip Navy Strength takes the distinctive flavor profile of our signature Asian Parsnip gin and elevates it to a bold 57% ABV. This high-proof craft gin delivers intense botanical character while maintaining exceptional smoothness.
Navy Strength gins were historically tested by the British Royal Navy to ensure they were strong enough that if spilled on gunpowder, it would still ignite. This powerful expression features the same unique Asian parsnip botanicals with amplified juniper and spice notes, creating a gin that stands up beautifully in cocktails or can be savored neat by the adventurous.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Bold juniper with pronounced earthy parsnip and citrus zest
- Palate: Intense and complex with sweet parsnip notes, robust botanical layers, and warming spice
- Finish: Long, powerful, and satisfying with lingering botanical character
Perfect for: Classic cocktails that benefit from a bolder gin, or sipping neat for the true gin enthusiast.
