Product Description
Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin is produced by Radico Khaitan, one of India's oldest and largest distillers, known for their Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky. Inspired by the imperial city of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, the brand aims to bring the rich heritage and exotic flavours of India to the world of gin. Jaisalmer Gin is crafted in a copper pot still in a distillery set up in 1943. The brand emphasizes the use of traditional Indian botanicals, creating a gin that is both authentically Indian and globally appealing, symbolizing the richness and history of its namesake city.
Tasting Notes
Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin offers a complex and aromatic bouquet with prominent notes of juniper, elegantly balanced by a vibrant medley of Indian botanicals such as vetiver, coriander, orange peel, and caraway seeds. On the palate, it delivers a smooth and rich texture with an intriguing interplay of floral, earthy, and spicy notes, leading to a long and satisfying finish. The taste is distinctly nuanced, offering a sophisticated and refreshing experience that is enjoyable for both women and gents, whether served neat, with tonic, or in a crafted cocktail.
